Winter Day Camps &
PD Day Camps

Pre & Post Camp
Regular camp hours are 9:00 am-4: 00 pm. In order to accommodate a slightly earlier drop off and pick up time for parents we will allow children to be dropped off as early as 8:00 am and picked up as late as 5:00 pm. Even though there is no cost for an earlier drop off/pick up we require children to be pre-registered to ensure proper staffing/child ratios. Children picked up later than 5:00 pm will incur a $1.00/minute late fee.

General Information

Masks are always mandatory for those entering to spectate classes. Masks are only required upon entrance and exit of the building for those participating in physical activity in our classes.

Classes that do not require physical exertion (cooking classes, babysitting, home alone etc.) masks are mandatory for the entirety of the time in the facility.

The Calvary FC Field House is participating in the Restrictions Exemption Program (REP).
Requirements of the REP are the following:

Anyone 17 & under participating in sport is exempt from showing vaccine information

Anyone 12 and up that will be spectating or going into a meeting room in our facility and any adult participating in sport, will be required to show their personal identification and one of the following:

  • Proof of Vaccination (QR code and government issued ID)
    * double doses required - must be 14 days after your last vaccine QR

  • Documentation of a medical exemption

  • Proof of a privately paid negative PCR or rapid test within 72 hours of activity (tests from AHS or Alberta Precision Laboratories not allowed)

Should you not be able to enter under these restrictions a Field House staff member will meet your child at the front door and ensure they get safely to the day camp area.
