In consideration of my child being permitted to participate in the Event: I am aware the Event involves inherent risks, dangers and hazards, involving all manner of injury or loss, including potentially serious or life-threatening injury or death resulting from, but not limited to:

the use of equipment, materials or facilities related to the Bouncy Castle Event.

the actions or negligence of the Participant or other participants in the Bouncy Castle Event.

the actions or negligence of the Cavalry FC Regional Field House, The Town of Okotoks, Foothills County, The Foothills Okotoks Recreation Society, Nustadia Recreation or its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, invitees, or representatives of any kind (collectively referred to as the “Cavalry FC Regional Field House, Nustadia Recreation”); and

the actions or negligence of the Foothills County and the Town of Okotoks or their councillors, officers, employees, agents or representatives of any kind (collectively referred to as the "Owners").
I understand that the choice to participate in the Event brings with it the assumption of those risks and I accept all responsibility for my child’s participation in the Activity, including the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss resulting therefrom. I understand that promotional photographs may be taken of the event.
I hereby release the Cavalry FC Regional Field House, Nustadia Recreation, The Town of Okotoks, Foothills County and the Foothills Okotoks Recreation Society from all responsibility for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss suffered by my child while participating in the Bouncy Castle Event, even if the Cavalry FC Regional Field House, Nustadia Recreation, The Town of Okotoks, Foothills County or the Foothills Okotoks Recreation Society are found in law negligent or in breach of a duty of care or other obligation to me or my child.
I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Cavalry FC Regional Field House, Nustadia Recreation, The Town of Okotoks, Foothills County and the Foothills Okotoks Recreation Society from any and all liability for any personal injury, death, property damage, financial loss or expense including, without restriction, legal expenses and costs on a solicitor-and-his-own-client full indemnity basis in defending against such claims or enforcing the terms contained within this documents or other loss suffered by myself or my child as a result of participating in the Parent and Tot drop in, a bouncy castle birthday party or any other Bouncy Castle Event.
I agree that this Release of Liability will be effective and binding upon myself, and my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns.
I acknowledge that I have had sufficient time to read and understand this Release of Liability before signing it and I understand, appreciate, and accept the risks associated with the Event and consent to my child’s participation in the Event and all related activities.
Photo Consent: I hereby consent to the use of and grant to the Nustadia Recreation Inc. the right to use, for the purposes of promoting the recreational programs or services, any photographs taken of the minor specified above while they attend the daycamp program may be used for future publications & promotions. I grant such consent as parent and/or guardian to the above minor pursuant to Section 17(2)(a) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. I understand no other personal information about the minor will be released by the Nustadia Recreation Inc. without my permission.
Bouncy Castle Inflatables Rules:
- Waiver is submitted on behalf of all participants
- Only socks can be worn at all times while using the Bouncy Castle
- No sharp objects may be worn or carried. Please remove any objects, including
jewelry that might puncture the bouncy castle
- It is recommended to play with like ages and body sizes while using Bouncy Castle
- No food, candy, or drinks are allowed on fields or hard-court as within Bouncy Castle
- For the safety of all players, participants must obey the staff or parent instructions at all times.
- ONLY 6 – 8 children are allowed in the Bouncy Castle at one time
